Helping members get members more efficiently
With their previous platform, Santander customers often didn’t complete the referral process, getting stuck somewhere along the way. We built a new platform with an interface heavily focused on the user experience for both new and existing customers, promoting conversions a.k.a. successful referrals.
Step-by-step guidance for new customers
Customers can now easily complete the referral process within the platform, and the Santander team doesn't have to worry about constantly having to drive engagement.
Automated reward system
As soon as the customer meets the requirements, they can receive their reward instantly. Admins can easily manage the pool of available rewards to keep the campaigns up to date.
Clear overview and admin tools
It’s now easy to track user progress and follow up with individual customers. Advisors can also independently create new marketing campaigns right in the platform.
68 NPS score and increased customer referrals
The new platform proved very effective very quickly. The response from users has been overwhelmingly positive. The referral process is now transparent, easy to follow and understand, with a live status and a detailed breakdown of steps needed to complete the referral.
