1. General Information

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Apilia sp. z o.o., with its registered office in ul. Kłosowa 27,61-625 Poznań, Tax ID (NIP): PL9721207776 hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.

2. Scope of Data Collection

This website serves as an informational business card. The Controller limits the collection and use of information about users to the necessary minimum:

• The website does not feature a contact form.
• The website does not allow for the creation of user accounts.
• Browsing the content of the website does not require the User to provide any personal data.

3. Server Logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query is recorded in server logs. The logs include, among others:

• The user’s IP address,
• Server date and time,
• Information about the web browser and operating system. This data is used exclusively for administrative and technical purposes (ensuring server security and stability) and is not used to identify specific individuals.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User’s terminal device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone).

• Essential cookies and local storage are used to ensure the correct operation of the website and to remember the User’s cookie preferences.
• Analytics cookies are used only if the User consents to them in the cookie banner.
• The User can change or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of the website, and can also block or delete cookies in their web browser settings.

5. Google Analytics

The Controller uses Google Analytics 4 to collect statistics about how the website is used.

• Purpose: analysing website traffic and usage in order to improve the website.
• Legal basis: the User’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, in connection with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Analytics cookies are stored only after consent is given.
• Scope of data: information about the device and browser, approximate location (country), pages visited, time and duration of the visit, the source of the visit, and online identifiers stored in cookies. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses of users in the EU.
• Without consent: Google Analytics receives only signals without cookies or identifiers (e.g. that a page was viewed), which are used to estimate aggregated statistics and do not allow the User to be recognised.
• Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as a processor on behalf of the Controller.
• Transfers outside the EEA: data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision.
• Retention: data is stored in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
• Withdrawal of consent: consent can be withdrawn at any time using the cookie icon on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

The Controller does not use marketing tools, tracking pixels or profiling for advertising purposes.

6. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the right to access their data (if collected), rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
