For Poznań University of Life Sciences, we created a mobile application to help Erasmus exchange students get organized and settled way more easily while freeing up the university staff's schedules.

Untangling the chaos of student onboarding
The University asked us for help with streamlining the experience of exchange students visiting the school. An experience that was often confusing for students and absorbing for the staff, who had to constantly handle the logistics. And you bet we had an app (idea) for that.
Getting students engaged
The app uses features like gamification, checklists, and navigation to help students locate important places and events without ever visiting the university office.
Points and rewards
With a built-in QR code scanner, students can collect points in designated locations they need to visit, e.g. when completing their clearance slips, without interacting with the staff.
Easy-to-use admin tools
The CMS system for university staff lets administrators add and edit news, tasks, and events in a centralized directory on their own, saving tons of time and effort.
Everything new students need, all in one app
The mobile app made everyday tasks like locating classes or enrolling in the library a breeze while allowing administrators to quickly add, update, and manage important information.

The app's user-friendly features help students make the most of their stays at the university both when it comes to their academic success and social life. And employees enjoy more time to focus on work, without being constantly distracted by students that get lost.
